No response needed, just cancel my account

I'm stranded and try the temp loan for the first time. I follow the prompts and it gives me the amount available. I punch in the amount and it seems approved. Transaction slip comes out stating I have taken R400 and agree that it will be debited within 31 days with a charge of of R52. I wait for close to 5 minutes minutes... no cash, blank screen (bear in mind other customers in a que). I cancel and take my card, check SMS for some sort of transaction acknowledgement and it being my first time I put in my card again to check if it was credited... NOTHING!! I check all balances and print slip. Nothing there indicates any agreement that was previously made. All I have is a slip that says I agree to pay this amount back but nothing from fnb that says I received it... I call the help line but the temp loan people can only assist on Monday yet the service is available 24/7... I am still stranded as I write this... FNB, how did you help me?
