I wish to compliment one of your employees who have provided highly professional service, regarding the issue of not receiving a full Policy schedule and again yesterday when I made changes to my policy, she called me twice and went the extra mile to get hold of me while I was in the meeting, she was very polite and displayed a great attitude to her company and us as clients.
