I sit here writing this with so much disappointment and disgust that it actually saddens me that i use to think so highly of this bank.. I remember writing a compliment of how this bank has helped me out when i was opening an account but ever since than things just went down hill
I walked into the Witbank branch today wanting to hear whether i qualify for a cellphone or tablet with FNB as i walked in i wrote my name on the que list and sat down but noticed that out of the four bankers that one was busy with a client for more than the time i spent sitting in that bank which mean there was only on person helping clients of a bank that was so full. i than decided to wait it out i sat there for more than 2 hours (literally) while they sat there talking to each other and working at a rate ive never seen before
The part that saddens me the most was i sat next to a very old lady who had came to sort out her banking issues and she too sat there for more than 3 hours she had walking sticks and started to compliain to me that she could not sit for long due to her illness but the ladies told her that she had to wait her turn that just made me question this "smart" bank i am using cumon
