FNB - Exceptionally POOR service

Changed over to FNB; switched debit orders and salary; placed order for tablet waited for a very LONG time. was placed on an 'exceptions' list and was told I need to wait 3-5 working days. On following up with was told the gadget was not placed with the courier and thus I would have to wait a further 24-48 hours to find out what happened with my order... and I wait AGAIN. What FNB fails to understand is that I do not have to bank with them, I can and I will change to another bank where I can get better service.
