We spend about R4000 a month on Business Online, Standard Banks' Online system for businesses. The service has always been below average and the only reason I haven't changed banks is because of the hassle. But I have now been on hold for a Business Online Call Centre Operator for 30 minutes and am still holding!!! Last week our accountant was on hold for about 45 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous, Standard Bank really has no interest in giving their clients good service - but they certainly do make sure they deduct the fees off our account every month...
