L lodged a claim on the 26th of April after being hijacked. My vehicle was recovered and the claim approved on the 7th of May. Work on my vehicle started 2 weeks later because Miway consultants sent the claim to the wrong panelbeater. Its been month without my vehicle and i now have a hefty bill from the hired car i have. The customer service from Miway has been shocking, it has taken 4 consultants to help with my claim. If this is the quality of service they provide i will seriously consider taking my business elsewhere.
