1. I applied for the Samsung S4 for R299 p/m on the Cell C Straight Up 100. After 3 weeks of calling and speaking to 5 different people who all gave me different versions of what was happening, I finally had enough and cancelled the application. 2 Days after cancelling the application I got a call from the couriers saying that they were ready to deliver my device but needed my own sim card? Told them FNB can keep the phone.

2. Since then I have had a double debit order on one of my other FNB accounts as well because FNB did not do my Debit Order Switching as requested when I opened my account in April. It took them 2 months and the still messed it up.

3. I called about a refund on 1 July 2013 (Monday) and was told that it would be refunded within 5 days and that my query would be escalated as urgent. I phones again on 8 July 2013 (Monday) as there was no refund done. My first call was never escalated as promised, and I am still short the money. I have been told that it would be escalated to a supervisor again! You are VERY quick to take my money... but how long must I wait to get back my money?
