We called in for a service plan and was offred a warranty plan by consultant Verhka. We've agreed and the consultant gave us details of what the warranty plan entails eg: engine, gearbox and much more. Our car was giving us trouble and we booked it in at dealer on the 27th August 2013.Our dealer called us 2days later and confirmed that we not covered. We called liquid capital and insisted on the tape recording when the deal was made.2 weeks went by and the tape was played to us by Helen of which she told us the consultant sold us the wrong plan. After numerous calls to Helen andLeona we still don't have a answer. I've submitted e-mails to the MD of which still no conclusion or reply on the matter. The PA of MD is not taking our calls or Leona. We've been inconvinieced for 6weeks cause the car is still with dealer awaiting authorise number. I feel the plan was sold to us and the company must take full responsibilty for the cost involved.
