On the 19th of June 2013, a customer was interested in one of our exclusive cars, specifically a 1992 Nissan 300 ZX Fairlady. The customer had allready arranged his own Finance through Retmil Financial Services. It is procedural for us to confirm that the monies are actually released or available in our account before releasing the goods (which I am very sure all reputable institutions do). Retmil gave us the runaround from the beginning by asking us to register and license a vehicle that was supposed to be done in Bloemfontein. They called us "stupid" for not being able to "jippo" the licensing authories precedures. To cut a long long agonizing story short, a certain Milo from the above company called me a "" over the phone simply because I was unable to register and license the vehicle for them. I am a lady, and just imagine what a shock it is to here such crude language while your 10 year old daughter is right next to you? I am traumatized tremendously and cannot imaging having to deal with a financial institution with such low standards. To aggrevate the situation further this Milo sent my now "cash buyer" a sms saying that my car is... How much lower can they go?
