Renault South Africa
Licensing compensation

I brought a Sandero Stepway 22/05/2013. But because I brought the car cash and the fact that I'm from Newcastle, meant that the licensing had to be done in KZN.

Renault assured me that all costs involved with the licensing will be covered by them (included in the purchase price).
I went to register my vehicle, only to discover that the dealership forgot to stamp the pre-registation form, and I had to wait a fortnight before I could register my car.

Finally, on 06/06/2013, I was able to register my car and had to pay R1 034 for the registration, license and plates.
Renault contacted me to ask for a copy of the CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION, I reminded them that I was still owed money. They responded by saying that they couldn't pay before receiving the paperwork.
I emailed the documents 11/06/2013, received confirmation, but I am still waiting on the money.
