Car written off 10 June 2013, wesbank settled on 20 June 2013. It's now 14 July they have still not forwarded vehicle docs to insurers so I can be paid the balance! They're super quick when it comes to collecting money but when you need something from them they are the worst financial institution to deal with, and I have dealt with many financial institutions!
Get your act together wesbank, there is this thing called the consumer protection act!!!
