I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL GOLD CHEQUE ACCOUNT HOLDER WITH THE BANK AND HAD NOW APPLIED FOR A CREDIT CARD FROM YOU.MY DISGRUNTLEMENT IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT EACH AND EVERY-TIME I GET A DIFFERENT CONSULTANT CALLING ME AND ASKING ME TO SEND THE SAME DOCUMENTS OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND EACH TIME I TELL THEM THAT I HAVE ALREADY DONE THAT THEY TELL ME THAT THE INFORMATION MIGHT HAVE BEEN LOST ON THE SYSTEM (HOW I DON'T KNOW). I WOULD JUST LIKE TO KNOW IF I WILL EVER GET A CREDIT CARD FROM YOU OR SHALL I JUST CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND MOVE ONTO ANOTHER BANKER WHO WILL OFFER ME THE SERVICE SINCE YOU HAVE FAILED TO DELIVER.
