Bad Attitude with Clients

I went to Capitec Bank in Germiston to get a statement. There i was waiting in the queue and when it came to point where i was standing in front, the next person had to go, so i went (i didn't even know it goes by numbers - my number 162 & the number that was called 161) that person was not even there and i went to the desk, the 1st question she asked me was: WHAT GAVE YOU RIGHT TO COME ALL THE WAY FROM THERE TO THE DESK, WHO SAID YOU CAN COME) When i asked her what gave her the right to ask me a question like that, she said: YOU DON'T DO AS YOU PLEASE, YOU WAIT TILL WE TELL YOU. Did i feel like please remove this woman from this place before i do something that will let me become a woman abuser and end up in jail for years. When i asked her can't you speak properly to me, she still went on saying: IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY, COME SAY IT IN MY FACE.By now i felt like must i kill you now or when you knock off. I was so angry i just took the statement and left before i became the bad person. Capitec Bank need's to teach there employees how to speak to clients because i'm one unhappy client. I'll never go to Germiston Capitec ever again, i'll rather go some where else.
