I took my documents for fica registration about three times to the branch. I was promised it has been fixed, last night I tried my credit card because its been giving me declined errors for the past week. I decided to withdraw cash instead to pay for my fuel. Only to find out my card has been blocked due to lack of fica compliance. This really makes me angry because I have been loyal in payment of this card and the service was poor. How hard is it to update the system???
