Have complained to Standard Bank about the interest i am being charged on my revolving credit account that they are charging me way more interest than what they should and i know it is wrong because i went to 2 other banks to work it out and got told the same by both banks that is way too much and Standard Bank comes back with a reply that they will get to me within 10 working days well i am sorry that simply will not do when they want something from you they call you 5 times a day so i want this sorted out right now not in 2 weeks time and do not bother to call me i dont want to talk to a person again that thinks i am stupid you can contact me by email if this is not sorted out within 24 hours i will be forced to take this matter furthe
