Incorrect account debited

I find this very frustrating, irritating having to explain one thing over and over again. I WANT MY money back in my account in the next 24 hrs. I don't care how or what it takes, I want R297.77 that was debited from my account for one of your client's (Thapelo Ronny Badirwang) isurance premium.

He allegedly called MIWAY on the 11 June 2013 to change his debit order date to the 15th as for the rest I don't know who gave MIWAY the authority to debit my account. He uses NEDBANK not FNB, I demand to hear the call recording, as part of the case I'm opening against your client Thapelo Badirwang and MIWAY. Do you realise how this has compromised me. Its my money and I want it back in my FNB account!!! I demand feedback with emmidiate effect!!!
