I am in the process of purchasing a vehicle and have been with MiWay for the past 3 years. For the last year I have been dealing with Thapelo Masinga with regard to my policy as he proved on numerous occasions that he is willing to go the extra mile (s). Thapelo once again did not fail to impress. He offered excellent, efficient, friendly and highly professional service as always. He definitely has the ability to make one feel like a friend, or rather, part of the family than just another client.
