Unsatified Service Delivery

I have been in the Metal Industry Pension (MIBF) for over 40 years and dependant on the surplus pay-out. I submitted an application and was told that I do have money which is due to me.

The points below are evident that the MIBF consultants are giving me the run around and it is financially costing me.

Their are evident and tiresome.

1. My application was sent April 2012.

2. Telephonically contacted February 2013
2.1. Confirmation of receiving my application - was positive.
2.2. Enquired about pay-out notification - promised was posted.

3. Telephonically contacted again in May 2013.
3.1. Consultant said she will make a request to the Board for the pay-out notification which will take up to
twelve weeks.

Please assist me with the above matter.
