I signed up to Miway from 1 September 2013 with the agreement on a low access of R1000.00 and my monthly premium. On the 2nd September 2013 I received a letter stating that my access will now increase to R3300.00 which made me extremely unhappy.
I phone Miway and was help by a very pleasant well spoken gentlemen by the name of Thapelo, it was a pleasure talking to him. He explain the reasons of Miway and I explained mine, he stayed calm, professional and very helpful during this whole conversation. The end result was that my access remian R1000.00 and my monthly premium remain the same. This gentlemen is truly an asset to your company as he fully understand the importance of client service. Thumbs up to Thapelo... as I'm a happy Miway client
