Am currently insuring my car with MiWay whom I wanted to cancel with immediate effect on the 07th of January 2014, but because of the guy by the name Thapelo Masinga who greatly and amazingly assisted me, I couldn't cancel, am still with MiWay and am very happy to stay with them. The way he treated me I felt I belong nowhere but with MiWay, the guy went an extra mile to ensure that I get what I needed and also ensured that I even get the value of my money. Thapelo is a great guy I think with a person of his calibre MiWay would never lose nor have unhappy clients and us ourselves as clients will be confident enough to even refer our friends and families to MiWay. He's a good person, he's very calm, he listens to clients attentively, he listened to me well, hence he managed to give me what I needed and most importantly he was able to keep me with MiWay.
