I have been a client of Miway for the past year & few months. I make a decision to cancel my policy. Thapelo Masinga the agent advised me not to do so, with valid reasons. I would like to thank him for making me understand why it is imperative to stay not just with the product but with Miway. What stood out was your efficiency, telephonic attitude and going the extra mile to understand your business service offering. Miway does it best!! AWESOME please tranfer your work ethic to others, its simply the basic requirenment for good customer centricity.
