With regard to the Apple Mini iPad on Apple's Myistore: FNB "Get a Mini iPad at reduced rates through FNB" If you click on this lead you are advised of the following costs pm Mini iPad 16GB WiFi Cellular R 195 pm; 32GB R 240; and 64GB R 285pm. For a start FNB only offer the Wi Fi model - this is confusing and misleading. As for the charges R195pm for 24 months = R 4 680; R240pm = R5 760 and R285pm = R 6 840. Now the costs of these devices at Myistore is as follows: 16GB WiFi only R 3 399; 32GB R 4 499 and 64GB R5 499. It will be evident that there is no reduced rate and some charge is being levied - what then of FNB's claim at the heading of the costs on the Myistore page "With an FNB Cheque Account you can get an Apple iPad or MacBook at a reduced rate. Plus pay for your new Apple iPad or MacBook over 24 months with zero additional fees, interest or charges payable". What reduced rate? and what zero additional fees or charges?
