I will never buy a smart device from FNB again. Instead of delivering my ipad in 10-15 business days as promised, they took 11 weeks to deliver. Wasted more than R400 on phone calls to get my device. Worst service ever!!! on top of that they charged me a extra R500 on my account. When I asked them why, they said that they charge the rate on delivery date? So do I have to pay FNB an extra R500 because of they delivered m device late? They deliver poor service and then they charge you extra for that??? Is that normal? When I filed a complaint they said it can't be reversed. I wasted hours on calling and emailing them and time is money. Do FNB give me a discount for wasting my potential income??? No, they charge you extra. #worstbankeve
