Bought an Ipad 3 and committed to the 10GB go big contract for 24 months with 8ta. After numerous calls and visits I discovered that 8ta do not support the Personal Hotspot on the Ipad (or any other Apple product). Apparently something to do with reaching an agreement with Apple. COME ON 8TA, YOU'RE DRAGGING BEHIND...
They wouldn't let me cancel my contract (obvious) but offered me a 3g wifi modem at R699 as the solution. So I must pay more to fix their incompetence?? Seriously, get your act together or you will never be competitive!!
