Despite 3 emails to Standard Bank Debt Review Centre I still await feedback. I went under the Debt Review and my first payment was End of November 2012, and I made 7 successful payments of R717.28 has prescribed in Annexure A. Standard Bank says I defaulted in payment and now wants to reposses the motorcycle although I sent through proof of payment. I feel this is totally unfair. Now i await their response after sending through proof of payment which 3 days as passed. I spoke to a lady at the centre and to date she never return my call as promised. Please give me feedback and kindly reverse this order instructing the collector to stop such action as i am not in default. Please respond asap as i got 2 days left.
