HITTING HEAD AGAINST BRICK WALL

I am a debt counsellor and have this clieny which is harrashed on a daily basis just because no-one at absa use own good judgment and re-instate this account under debt review

The clients account 3027032273 have ref in this matter.

This client is getting daily calls from the Legal department demanding full payment of this account due to the fact that this account was terminated due to the client defaulting on her April 2012 payment.

I would like to bring the following under the attention of ABSA

The PDA defaulted on the April 2012 payment and not the client.

The clients payment to the PDA on the 26/04/2012 was only distributed on the 30/05/2012 which meant there was no payment visible in the 3027032273 account for April, hence the termination. See excel sheet attached

I would like this termination to be withdrawn, please refer to the excel sheet attached showing all payments in the first 10 month of 2012.

11 payments was made in first 10 months of 2012 thus client not in default
See that 2 payments was received in 3027032273 account within 3 days 30/05/2012 and 01/06/2012 (3 days apart)
