Double Double-Billing with Double the Delays

Due to an admin -up by my Old Mutual Brokers assistant, I found myself with 2 investment policies and naturally being double debited in May. Luckily, it was picked up and after some hoop jumping and doc submitting, I got the policy cancelled and the money refunded about 20-odd days later.
Now, I find that I was debited again in June for the "Cancelled" policy. I call the agents on 9th June and was assured my case would be escalated and I would be paid out ASAP. Fast forward to the 14th, still no money. I call in again and it seems my case was still in the pending pile as they needed docs. Again??? What for?
I get the agent to confirm that it will be processed ASAP. Come the 18th, I call in to followup and find out my case was only submitted on the 18th. So 10 days and still no resolution. This has been a waste of time and effort. I regret placing a lump sum investment with this bunch. if I don;t get refunded in the next 2 days WITH interest, I will be pulling all my investments out and taking my money elsewhere.
