DEBT BUSTERS ERROR CLIENT HAS TO SUFFER

Hi there, i have been on debt review for the 3-4 years now. standard bank withdrew R 17 800 from my account on 29 November, after calls upon calls, i am now told today 2 December that debt busters issued a 17.4 form in error which made it seem to standard bank i am off debt review. They are now busy trying to re-instate my 17.1 form.
this is unacceptable as i have no access to my bank account and i have no funds until standard bank reverses payment made from my account. Debt busters needs to sort out asap. Due to their mess up, i have to suffer the consequences. I have need help asap as debt busters waiting for standard bank to repond and standard bank says their response time is 5-10 working days and in the meantime i have no funds.
