The service I'm getting from Metropolitan is horrendous to say the least.

My query is very simple all I need is my contracts for my two policies I took in February 2013. I called the call centre number 0860 724 724 on the 21/05/2013 of which they promised to send my contracts in two weeks time.
I spoke to Boipelo Rabanyane yesterday 18/06/2013 and she referred to her Team Leader, Ellen Lefakane promised to call me before end of business yesterday 18/06/2013, till now I haven't received anything.
Together we can is your slogan and I'm doubtful that together we can do anything. I'm seriously considering of taking my business elsewhere, to companies who are in need of my business.
Can I get my contracts couriered to me today or you run the risk of losing me as a client.
