In February 2013, i called Metropolitan and cancelled my funeral policies x2 with Metropolitan, i spoke to Mr. Nape Lamola who informed me telephonically that their system won't stop the debit order for 3 months. He said afterwards i will receive three months refund.
Today i followed up with him today and he informs that unfortunately Metropolitan refuse to refund me.
SHOCKING!!! This is and unfair treatment from a Financial Institution that is meant to treat clients fairly and act on a clients request. This is irresponsible and i will lodge a compliant with both Ombudsman and FSB!!!
