For the last 4 months I have tried to close my account, if its not their system thats of, its something else, but still today it is not closed. I was there again today and it already cost me R 2470 (service fees, banking fees, ect - as according to the consultant that helped me). After paying, they told me that I still need to pay about R 150?!?!?! Why, what for? I am starting to feel like FNB does this on purpose just to keep milking my money. And ontop of that they cant even tell me why. Their service is pathetic to say the least. No one even tries to help you propely. I will never ever go back to FNB or even recommend them to anyone!!! FNB's slogan should rather be how can we not help you!!!
