Poor service and waiting

Went into Absa to sort out a letter that they sent for my mother-in-laws account that was generating costs to keep open and had not been used for 17 months, ( their words), my mother in law passed away in Nov' 2011 and in Dec of the same year we requested that the account be closed, Advised them of the situation with relevant documents, we'll see what happens, if there are any debit amounts owing they will have a problem collecting same, anyhow the gripe is I had to stand in line for 45 minutes, 8 nor 9 counters with 3 assistants, there was a lady who saw my frustration and looked like she was trying to rectify the situation but gave up and went behind her mirrored glass panel, I could see her watching me, but decided I could wait, why should she really care, that's what people with nothing better to do, do, they go into banks, just to waste time, until something comes along.
