Why does the call centre contact my father!!!

I would like to know why Nedbank personal loans call center staff members are so rude.

secondly why do they contact my family in Durban for queries on my accounts. Please can this be stopped immediately. I have a cellphone call ME and not my dad or mother. I do not live in DURBAN Please get this. I work in GAUTENG. DO NOT CONTACT MY HOUSE IN DURBAN I DO NOT LIVE THERE!!!

The next time NEDBANK contacts my dad regarding my account I will take it up further.

Also my accounts should not be discussed with my dad as previously done by your call center. This is a breach of privacy. Is this how you do business attacking ones family!
