Pathetic Service

I applied for an absa credit card 3 weeks ago and was told that it would take 1 week for me to receive my card. I've received sms's and phone calls from the branch to say that my card has been delivered. I've been to the branch twice already and each time they couldn't answer me as to where my card is. It's been 3 weeks now and I still have not received my card.
