BAD SERVICE

I emailed FNB customer service asking them what certain procedures are and they sent me a sms saying that they will get back to me in 48hrs. it has been more than a week now and i have not heard from them. i switched to FNB because of my old institute not providing me with a decent service but it looks like nothing has changed.
