I have recently switched to Fnb after lethargic and generally poor service from Standard Bank, and I haven't made a better decision. Fnb opened my account in no time and had my card in a week. I had some issues thereafter and had to phone customer care. They answer within seconds (brilliant), are friendly, and efficient at being helpful. Everything is done telephonically. Just want to say well done fnb on your brilliant customer service and service in general!
