After logging a complaint on hello peter regarding FNB's inability to transfer funds for 9 days, it has now gone for 21 days without any transfer taking place. All requests from FNB have been executed as per their instruction, and instead of just transferring the money they owe me, they want me to open yet another estate account. How many accounts does a person need for you to transfer??? You guys plummet from one level of useless to a lower level with every interaction
