Ive switched from ABSA to FNB 3 years ago and im receiveing bad pathetic service since. FNB does all in their ability to get new customers, but after they get the customers theres absolutely no after service. When i switched i waited 3 months for my FNB debit and business cards. Since ive been a client and registered for ebucks i havnt received one ebucks point after i make sure i do fill up with engen and do purchase items at dischem... which all is a waste!!! i went in 3 times to FNB Brooklyn Branch to get this sorted out... but nothing has changed... after that i phoned the ebucks call centre for assistance... but still no change, ive phoned so many times with the reference number they supplied me but still no change!!! I never ever should have changed banks!!!
