I have always had my credit and cheque cards linked to ABSA rewards programe, where I receive money back in cash for what I have spent.

Since January 2013, ABSA have not linked any of my cards to the Rewards plan. I called them numerous times to see why I was not receiving cash back, after being cut off many a time and calling back, they eventually only got back to me on the 4th June 2013 (Half way into the year) they said they would sort it out and pay me back rewards cash for the last 6 months, I have not heard back from them since and I am continuing to spend on my cards with nothing in return.

I am a loyal client and have been with ABSA for 17 years (All my life) and this is not how I expected to be treated.

I hope this complaint reached them, and I want something paid to me besides my reward points for all I have been through, as this is not acceptable.
