I called 0861788888 to try to find out why I have not received any ABSA rewards over the last 2 months even though I have spent a significant amount on my Platinum ABSA Credit Card. Lerato informed me that their system is down and that I should call back later. When I suggested that she take my details and call me back when the system is up again, she said that they don't do that. Pathetic! I must now play phone ping pong all day long in the hope of getting this query resolved? Someone from ABSA better call back, I am your customer and I pay for this service, why must I waste my time for you to address my query? This complaint could have been avoided if I was treated properly to begin with.
