SA's "coolest" bank, not "cool" at feedback

Two weeks ago, I was contacted by a sales person from FNB selling a Cell C contract to me for a new Samsung that they have on special. I then told the Salesperson that I am more interested in an iPhone. She then offered the iPhone 4s for R299 a month for: 100mins, 100sms and 900mb data. I then asked her to find out about insurance on the phone and get back to me and she never did. I have also been on the website countless times, requested them to call me for a contract, received confirmation sms's saying that they will call me but I have not received a single phone call since. Not "cool"!
