Terrible service

I went into the bank yesterday to draw R22000. Where the tellers Q was it said withdrawals LESS than R20000. I went and asked one of the ladies where do I go to draw more than R20000 she said she wasn't sure. Then she said I should just stand in the tellers Q. Asked for the branch manager-NOT available. No one else could assist either. 25 mins later I was served @ the teller. The teller took half an hour to get my funds and was extremely arrogant. I didn't know FNB is so tardy that it takes an individual an hour to draw R22000!!!
