I called the sales call center two weeks ago to order the iPhone 5 contract for R399, 00 a month. I also wanted to add extra data to the contract as I use data quite a bit.
What was actually processed was an iPhone 5 contract and another separate data contract for 24 months!
I am in the process of cancelling the data contract, but have been told that it might be an issue as I already signed for the package from the courier. ( how was I meant to know it as the wrong package I was signing for?)
I find it hard to believe that a sales person can make that kind of error. Who would order extra data on a separate contract?
