Shoking ABSA treatment of customer

I have banked with ABSA for 32 years. I currently have a Bond, Credit Card, Car Finance and Cheque account with them. On 15 Jan 2013 I simply received an SMS (first correspondence) confirming that they will de-activate all my accounts within 24 hours if I do not supply my FICA documents. I have supplied this on 3 previous occasions, the last occasion been on 13 June 2011 when I personnaly went to the Benoni branch to sign documents. (I have e mail correspondence confirming that ABSA received my documents on 6 June - ABSA then print a lot of additional documents and then ask you to sign them - which was done on the 13th). I have never heard anything else from ABSA after this appointment.
You can not explain this to the call centre agents and even the branch can not help. I delivered and signed what was requested and ABSA in their arrogance simply think they can give customers 24 hours notice of account suspension.
