My account was debited an amounts of R399 this morning with this (Ref) FAYEENT_PSSAS00007007714131126. I called Nedbank to inquire and I was told that it did show on their side since it happened this morning. Money has been taken off my account without me being notified and it is really getting on my nerves. This is really unacceptable. The calls I make bills on me every time I have to sort things out with Nedbank.
I'm getting tired of making calls on a monthly basis. Please get your act together...
