I went to Nedbank on 19.10.2013 to question unauthorised debits going off on my account. I was told that they could not stop it and that I'd have to pay R60 to stop each debit or come in every month to reverse it. I think the person I was dealing with could have done more to investigate what was going on. When I checked on google it could easily give me the company's names as well as loads of complaints about these debits going off on random peoples accounts. I just feel that the bank could do more to assist with this other than charge me R60 to cancel each debit as they can clearly see that its debits. I'd appreciate it f someone could sort this out in an efficient manner as all these debits are costing me a lot of money.
