I had the misfortune of loosing my cellphone yesterday and contacted my broker/ insurer who needless to say appeared to be a tad bit lack lustre in their approach. I had to literally interrogate them to get information regarding my claim this morning. Eventually after getting all the info I needed I contacted the insurance company directly. What a refreshing experience this was as my thoughts and expectation were contaminated by the attitude displayed by my broker. However, people there is hope in the name of Ridwaan Adams and Sonto Simelane, efficient friendly and professional. Getting the claim finalised and sorted within minutes of receiving my information. THIS IS AWESOME, and I hope that everyone has the same experience with their insurer...
