I am in dire straits I have no joy what so ever in solving this problem. I am on debt councelling since 2011 with acc chegue 713171387 with a overdraft. this was paid up beginnning 2012. actually overpaid by just over R900 something when I went to close the account they said I cant get the money that was overpaid as I still owe on my credit card. this money was to be transferred then to credit card and it was done so in june/july 2012 now nul balance was owed and account was then to be closed as discussed by me and bank in 2012 May/June. I actually got money get paid back to me as my credit card was also overpaid! This was not closed as per instruction my credit card is settled and now I get letters demanding 970 payment from me otherwise they going to sue me. disgusting as this is no fault on my side!
