Cant get thru

I went into the branch on thrusday you make arrangements for my loan as i am on mat leave the consultant advised that she cant load the arrangement but i must come into the branch to reverse it. Payment was done then later that same day it was debited from my acc as well i went back to the branch and they could not assist because their lanes were down i need the money and expect this to be done asap
