No compassion at all

I was dignosed with upper GI bleed and hospitllized and i know i have to pay my account but lost my job due to my illness. I have explained to the bank- or the people that call at all hours of the day or night and even me lying on the death bed with tubes running all over didnt deter them from hounding me for money. My parents told them i am unable to speak at the hospital but they phoned continuously. they hound us to take credit cards and this was unforseen but credit life was not explained or offered and now they have no compassion to my situation. i need the manager to call me with answers not hound for cash me when i am on my deathbed.as a consumer i think i do have right that allow me this much.
